Google Scholar has published a list of the most influential academic journals for 2014. Google algorithmically ranked the journals based on citations from all articles that were indexed in Google Scholar as of mid-June 2013 covering articles published 2009–2013. The journals are ranked by h5-index, a metric for articles published in the last 5 complete years which is the largest number h such that h articles published in 2009-2013 have at least h citations each.
